Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 14, 2025
This policy explains how we handle information from executives who apply for our AI Diagnostic Review. We don't collect data we don't need. We don't share what you tell us. We don't sell lists.
1. What We Collect (And Why)
When you apply for the AI Diagnostic Review, we collect only what's necessary to evaluate fit and conduct the diagnostic:
- Contact information (name, email, phone) - To schedule and conduct the review
- Company information (name, revenue, size, industry) - To assess whether we're the right fit
- AI initiative details (number of projects, blockers, budget spent) - To understand your specific situation
- Role and authority level - To ensure you have decision-making capacity
We do not collect: Social security numbers, credit card information (unless you engage for paid services), browsing history beyond basic analytics, or sensitive personal data unrelated to the diagnostic.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used for three things:
- Qualifying applications - We review applications to determine fit. Not every application is accepted.
- Conducting diagnostics - If accepted, we use your information to prepare for and conduct the 25-minute review.
- Follow-up communication - If you request it, or if there's a clear next step (e.g., Production Readiness Assessment).
We do not use your information for: Mass marketing, cold outreach, list rentals, or anything you didn't explicitly agree to.
3. Who Sees Your Information
Almost no one. Your application and diagnostic information stays with Alma Tuck AI Advisory. We don't sell, rent, or share your data.
Limited exceptions:
- Essential service providers: Email (e.g., Google Workspace), scheduling (e.g., Calendly), and payment processing (if you engage for paid services). These providers are bound by strict data agreements.
- Legal requirements: If compelled by law (subpoena, court order), we'll comply. We'll notify you unless prohibited.
- Business transfer: If Alma Tuck AI Advisory is acquired, your information transfers with the business. You'll be notified.
We will never: Share your information with other consultants, add you to public case studies without explicit consent, or use your company name in marketing without permission.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

- Access controls (limited to essential personnel only)
- Regular security reviews and updates
